All of our products are sourced locally.
They come from farmers within the region. Our products are organic and follow the rules of permaculture. Our meet is also organic. We use meet, from time to time, for some of our dishes, so you won't be able to find meet everyday in our menues.
We like to make simple recipes that makes the products stand out!
